Shipping Information
EU Shipping
- Small prints (up to 50×70 cm): €45 flat rate
- Large prints (70×100 cm and above): €95 flat rate
International Shipping (outside EU, incl. UK, USA, Switzerland, Australia)
- Small prints (up to 50×70 cm): €65 flat rate
- Large prints (70×100 cm and above): €125 flat rate
All framed prints are carefully wrapped and shipped in protective, heavy-duty packaging, while unframed prints are securely shipped in archival art tubes to prevent any damage during transit.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- EU: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
A tracking link will be provided via email immediately after your order has been dispatched. Please note that customs or import duties for non-EU countries are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes are considered "small" and "large" prints?
Small: up to 50×70 cm.
Large: 70×100 cm and above (e.g. A0 format).
Are shipping costs per print or per order?
Shipping is charged per order, not per individual print. If you order multiple prints of the same size category, you pay shipping once.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. The respective EU and international rates will apply at checkout based on your destination address.
Is the UK considered EU for shipping?
No. Since Brexit, the UK is treated as international for shipping purposes. The standard international rate will be applied to UK orders (€65 small / €125 large).
How are the prints packaged?
Framed prints are meticulously packaged in custom, heavy-duty shipping boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Any unframed prints are delicately rolled with protective tissue paper and shipped inside sturdy archival art tubes.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Once handed over to the carrier, normal delivery times apply.
Will my artwork include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. If noted in the product description, the print will ship with a gallery-issued or artist-signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming its origin and edition number.
Can I return or exchange my print?
Due to the delicate and limited-edition nature of the artworks we handle, all print sales are final. Exceptions are exclusively made for items damaged during transit.
What happens if my print is damaged during transit?
In the rare event of transit damage, please contact our gallery team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged tube and the artwork itself so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
Are the prints sold framed?
Most of our prints are sold beautifully framed and ready to hang. If you select an unframed option, it will be securely rolled and shipped in a protective tube.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We work exclusively with fully tracked, premium parcel carriers (such as DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure that your artwork arrives swiftly and securely.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the courier, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification via email containing your direct tracking link.
